Technician

Raul is a Sales Technician at Centennial with more than two decades of experience guiding homeowners through construction and insurance-related processes. His background includes service in the U.S. Navy and work as a licensed insurance adjuster, giving him a strong understanding of both the technical and personal sides of roofing and restoration. His time working on the roof of an aircraft carrier shaped the calm, focused, and dependable approach he brings to every homeowner interaction.

Raul is passionate about clear communication, honest guidance, and making sure homeowners feel supported from start to finish. His goal is to remove uncertainty, set realistic expectations, and help families make informed decisions they feel good about.

Outside of work, Raul has been married to his wife, Kasi, for fifteen years, and together they are raising their two children, Noah and Avery. He enjoys spending time with his family and their three dogs, Buster, Holly, and Darla. Raul lives by the motto “Semper Fortis,” a reminder to stay courageous and strong in every season.
