Technician

Will is a Sales Technician and Lead Estimator who joined Centennial in July of 2025. With a background as an insurance adjuster, he brings valuable insight to the claims process and helps homeowners understand each step clearly and confidently. His goal is to remove confusion, set honest expectations, and make the process as smooth as possible.

Will’s favorite part of serving homeowners is building real relationships and taking care of people the same way he would his own family and friends. He’s passionate about education, transparency, and making sure homeowners feel informed, not pressured.

Outside of work, Will lives in Fort Worth with his fiancée, Rachel, and their son, Archer. He’s a Georgia Bulldogs fan, enjoys working out and watching sports, and is preparing to become a first time cat owner. Fun fact, he has a few fake teeth from growing up playing football and baseball.
