Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Centennial Contracting & Roofing (“Centennial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), visiting our website at www.centennenialroofing.com, or entering into a service agreement with us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Company Information
Centennial Contracting & Roofing is a family-owned, licensed, bonded, and insured roofing and contracting company headquartered in Midlothian, Texas, serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We have been in operation since 1983.

3. Services Provided
Centennial offers a broad range of residential and commercial contracting services, including but not limited to:

Roof installation, repair, and replacement (residential and commercial)

Storm damage assessment and insurance claim assistance

Gutter installation and maintenance

Exterior painting and siding

Outdoor living projects (patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens)

Flatwork, detached workshops, and garages
All services are subject to a written estimate and separate service agreement. Centennial reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.
4. Estimates, Quotes & Inspections
Centennial offers free roof inspections for residential and commercial properties. Following inspection, a written estimate will be provided within 48 hours. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
All estimates are based on the scope of work identified at the time of inspection. Additional work required due to unforeseen conditions discovered during the project may require a written change order and additional cost. No additional work will be performed without your prior written or verbal approval.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Generally:

A deposit may be required prior to commencement of work.

Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Centennial accepts payment via cash, check, and electronic payment methods.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Centennial is not responsible for delays in payment processing by third-party payment platforms.
6. SMS Communications & Notifications

7. Insurance & Liability
Centennial carries comprehensive general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage for all active job sites. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Centennial’s total liability arising out of or related to any service agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Centennial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Centennial is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural deficiencies, acts of God, extreme weather events, or conditions not reasonably discoverable during inspection.
8. Warranties
Centennial stands behind its work and offers workmanship warranties as specified in your individual service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials (shingles, gutters, coatings, etc.) are passed through to the Customer and governed by the respective manufacturer’s terms.
Workmanship warranties are void if:

Repairs or modifications are made to the work by a party other than Centennial without prior written consent.

The property sustains damage from acts of God, extreme weather, or misuse.

Payment for services has not been received in full.
9. Insurance Claims Assistance
Centennial assists customers in navigating the insurance claims process for storm and weather-related damage. While we work diligently to advocate for fair compensation on your behalf, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any insurance claim. All decisions regarding coverage and payment amounts remain with your insurance carrier.
Centennial does not act as a public adjuster and our assistance does not constitute legal or insurance advice.
10. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled job start date to avoid forfeiture of any deposit paid. Centennial reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of any rescheduling.
11. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on www.centennenialroofing.com, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Centennial Contracting & Roofing and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission.
The website is provided “as is.” Centennial makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of website content and reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the site at any time without notice.
12. Privacy
Centennial collects personal information (name, address, phone number, email, and project details) solely for the purpose of providing requested services, processing payments, and communicating with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
By submitting your information through our website or to our representatives, you consent to its use as described in these Terms and Conditions.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a service agreement shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation in Ellis County, Texas. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Ellis County, Texas.
14. Changes to These Terms
Centennial reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
